This month, Con-Real and Clark Contractors held a groundbreaking ceremony for the reimagined McClellan campus in Little Rock, AR.
The former McClellan High School will be converted to a new campus for grades K-8. The new facility will be a three-story, 238,000 sq. ft. building that replaces Cloverdale Middle School and Baseline and Meadowcliff Elementary schools.
The facility will include a main lobby/concourse, media center, tiered collaboration stair/seating, classrooms, science labs, music rooms, art rooms, competition gymnasium, cafeteria/auditorium with stage, full-service kitchen, safe room, playgrounds, and administration offices. Additionally, the project encompasses complete site redevelopment to facilitate student activities, student drop-off/pick-up, parent/visitor vehicular traffic, and bus traffic.
