Gerald Alley, founder and CEO of Con-Real, LLC, boasts 45 years of construction leadership in the southern U.S. He is the first African American entrepreneur on Southern Methodist University's Board of Trustees, and he also chairs the Buildings & Grounds Committee. Having overseen $3 billion in projects, Alley received induction into the 2020 Arkansas Business Hall of Fame for his entrepreneurial contributions.

Phillip Eubanks has spent over 40 years in the industry managing complex technical projects and teams of owners, developers, designers, and contractors on public, private, and public/private projects. He provides national leadership and strategic management overview and innovative problem solving to ensure projects are completed successfully.

With over 25 years in construction, Michael Smith excels in project management throughout the preconstruction and construction phases. As a seasoned project manager for both owners and contractors, he has successfully completed over $500 million in mixed-use facilities and managed $1 billion in public/private projects. 

Since 1973, Troy Alley has been a nationally recognized real estate professional and was the former president of Con-Real’s Real Estate division. Troy shares his passion for education through service and giving back to the community. He is an approved instructor for the Appraisal Institute. He also serves on the University of Arkansas Engineering Advisors Board and was instrumental in developing the Engineering Career Awareness Program (ECAP).

Angela Tucker is a seasoned financial leader with over two decades of impactful service. Her leadership extends to strategic financial planning, project oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
