Construction Project Manager

Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines for largescale, multi-step projects. Effectively control time-management of the project as well as budget constraints for each project. Establish work plan and schedules and coordinate completion of project through subcontractors, and project superintendents. Required to approve all project billings, manage change orders with clients and subcontractors and approve all project costs. Required to prepare project reports for the review of management and clients as well as review status reports prepared by project personnel. Be a part estimating team and help prepare and present estimates and GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) for the construction project to the owner. Required to confer with estimating and accounting personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Requires a Master’s degree in construction management or civil engineering with a major in construction.
