THE POTTERS HOUSE
The Potter's House is a megachurch in Dallas, Texas, USA founded by T. D. Jakes. Outreach Magazine ranked it the 10th largest in the USA as of 2008 based on attendance of 17,000. The project is a 4-story addition to the Youth Center at the Potter's House in Dallas, Texas. It includes a steel structure, storefront glass, and a brick exterior. It also included a 140,000 SF renovation to the existing building. The expansion is expected to be completed November 2017.
CITYSQUARE OPPORTUNITY CENTER
Construction of a new multi-purpose facility and community outreach center serving the South Dallas community. Formerly Central Dallas Ministries, this is a community outreach project which will address needs of the area. The center will consist of a food pantry and neighborhood grocery store owned and operated by CitySquare, a Frito-Lay operational satellite facility, a workforce solutions and training center, and a medical center.
CORNERSTONE BAPTIST CHURCH
Cornerstone Baptist Church Worship Center is a contemporary worship facility located in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The worship center seats approximately 2,000 with three production centers. The center also possesses satellite capabilities to the adjoining Multipurpose Center. The front exterior is adorned with a 77 ft. cross which illuminates the area for up to two miles. Con-Real also served as the Design General Contractor of Cornerstone’s Phase I. Con-Real has performed work on multiple phases as the church has grown.
BETHLEHEM BAPTIST CHURCH
Con-Real completed construction of a new 20,000 sq. ft. gymnasium/auditorium. This building serves dual purpose and transforms from an auditorium/sanctuary for Sunday worship to a gym/basketball court to host other events. The facility is equipped with a full audio/visual system, stage with corresponding folding partition to cover when not in use, and seating for up to 750 people. Bethlehem Baptist Church was first established in 1870. In 2005, the church began planning for the T.M. Moody Gymnatorium, which has since served as the temporary worship venue and permanent recreation and community gathering place for church members and community members.
