The Potter's House is a megachurch in Dallas, Texas, USA founded by T. D. Jakes. Outreach Magazine ranked it the 10th largest in the USA as of 2008 based on attendance of 17,000. The project is a 4-story addition to the Youth Center at the Potter's House in Dallas, Texas. It includes a steel structure, storefront glass, and a brick exterior. It also included a 140,000 SF renovation to the existing building. The expansion is expected to be completed Fall 2017.

STEM Academy & Conference Center at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff

Con-Real has provided Preconstruction and Construction Services for Phase 1 of new construction of the $6 Million, 28,975 SF two-story building to house the STEM Academy. The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Academy has a particular emphasis on helping to increase the pool of well-prepared, underrepresented minorities in STEM majors and careers.
