January 19, 2018 CST Press Release:

Latest photo of the construction site for the Library Storage Project at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. With digital media and social changes in academics, the Mullins Library reached maximum capacity and the university entered plans that will meet current and future needs of students by providing new learning techniques that will be central to the growth of the library facility. In 2015, Con-Real was retained to construct the Library Storage Building expected to be completed this year. This new book storage and retrieval facility will use a high density shelving system and have unique design components that are part of LEED Silver qualifications. The Library Storage Building will house >1.5 million books and artifacts from the Mullins Library. Con-Real is currently the CMAR on this GMP delivery. We have also been selected to perform renovations on the Mullins Library.
