Con-Real, a distinguished full-service African-American construction and real estate firm, has successfully completed more than 3,000 projects in North Texas and across the country since opening nearly 40 years ago.

The Arlington-based company’s résumé includes an impressive list of success stories, from multimillion dollar real-estate acquisition, development and management deals to the construction of hotels, retail stores and university academic buildings.

One of Con-Real’s newest major construction projects, Texas Live!, is located just five minutes away from its Lamar Boulevard headquarters.

Con-Real leaders say they are proud to have been selected to help oversee construction of the new Texas Live! entertainment complex in Arlington’s Entertainment District.

"We are thrilled in our joint venture partnership with Manhattan Construction Company on this momentous project and to join the Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies in setting a new standard for MWBE participation in Arlington," said Gerald Alley, president and CEO of Con-Real. "We are honored to be part of such a transformative project that will lead to years and years of future development and growth for the city."
