Since our beginnings as a construction consultant firm, we aimed to help small and minority contractors and today we are now proudly one of the most established, owned, and managed full-service construction and real estate African-American firms. Con-Real’s commitment of meeting the needs of clients throughout Texas, the Southwest, as well as throughout the United States has given us the reputation as a premier organization with experience in over 3,000 projects including entertainment, commercial, hospitality, educational, industrial, and technology facilities. Con-Real’s headquarters is proudly based in Arlington with additional permanent offices located in Dallas, Houston, Little Rock, and San Francisco.

Market Trends Report: Entertainment districts are rejuvenating cities.

Next year, Cordish will open Texas Live!, a $250 million, 200,000-sf venue that’s part of a $4 billion master plan for the Arlington Entertainment District, which includes a new $1 billion baseball stadium for the Texas Rangers, an investor in the district. When completed, the district—which straddles the Dallas Cowboys’ 100,000-seat AT&T Stadium—will offer a 300-key Loew’s hotel, a 5,000-seat outdoor events pavilion, and 35,000 sf of meeting/convention space.

SMU Cox School of Business Rings NYSE Closing Bell

Gerald Alley is ecstatic to be part of SMU's Cox School of Business Executive Board as they ring the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange this past Monday. Cox's Dean Matt Myers traveled to New York with a delegation of SMU Board of Trustees, Cox Executive Board members, alumni and staff. CLT Installation Presentation at UARK's Library Storage Project

We are excited to reveal the first CLT panel at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville (UARK)'s Library Storage Project! We have partnered with Austrian wood vendor, Binderholz, to bring CLT BBS wood (for the first time in Arkansas) for construction of this project. CLT BBS is a multilayer construction, completely made of solid wood.
