With 83 years of family entrepreneurship, the legacy continues with Con-Real’s establishment in 1979. Since our beginnings as a construction consultant firm, we aimed to help small and minority contractors and today we are now proudly one of the most established, owned, and managed full-service construction and real estate African-American firms. Con-Real’s commitment of meeting the needs of clients throughout Texas, the Southwest, as well as throughout the United States has given us the reputation as a premier organization with experience in over 3,000 projects including entertainment, commercial, hospitality, educational, industrial, and technology facilities. Con-Real’s headquarters is proudly based in Arlington with additional permanent offices located in Dallas, Houston, Little Rock, and San Francisco.

Globe Life Field, Texas Rangers' New Stadium

The new Texas Rangers ballpark will be built in conjunction with Texas Live!, a mixed-use entertainment district that will serve as one of the main entrance areas into the ballpark, directly into left field. The facade of the ballpark will consist of glass, brick and steel. The retractable roof will feature clear roof panels to allow natural light into the ballpark when the roof is closed. When open, the roof will retract west, over and behind the third base grandstand.

Home of Atlanta Hawks, Philips Arena

A deal has finally been reached to remodel the Philips Arena that will ensure that the Atlanta Hawks stay in Atlanta for the next 30 years. The project will maintain the downtown facility as a world-class, state-of-the-art venue for sports and entertainment events. It will consists of updated concourses and completely remodeled luxury boxes.
Construction is expected to start this summer and will be completed by late next year. The Hawks will continue to play at Philips throughout the project.

Introducing our latest intern, Cassy Trickett, an ambitious young woman who is interested in a career in real estate. Cassy is from West Virginia and after finishing her prerequisites at West Virginia University at Parkersburg, she began attending Pierpont Community and Technical College where she is currently majoring in Business Management and Real Estate.
